Meet Our Doctors
Tristan Imhof, M.D.
Dr. Imhof is a board-certified family medicine physician who joined the UF Health St. Johnsfamily from Baptist Primary Care. He completed his residency St. Luke’s University Health Network after receiving his medical degree from University of Medicine and Health Services in New York city and his undergraduate degree from Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts. Dr. Imhof is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, American Medical Association, Society of Teachers of Family Medicine and the Florida Academy of Family Physicians.
Sharon Brown, APRN
Sharon Brown, APRN, is a certified family nurse practitioner at UF Health Primary Care – Julington Creek. She has over three decades of clinical experience in treating acute and chronic illnesses. She sees patients ages 18 months and up. Her clinical interests include chronic disease management, women’s health, orthopaedics, dermatology, mental health, gastroenterology, pharmacology, nutrition, immunizations, and travel medicine. Her technical skills in family medicine include clinical histories, physical assessments, triage, and interpretation of labs, EKGs, and X-rays. She served much of her career as an active-duty Army nurse, with experience across a broad range of geographic and cultural backgrounds. She is a strong proponent of patient safety and patient-centered clinical decision-making. Her medical motto is “putting prevention first.” She is excited to bring her same level of clinical expertise, execution, and dedication to the St. Johns community and beyond.
